First time at PF Chang's, and we picked this location because it's dog-friendly and open late — we sat on the patio with our dog. Got there around 8-8:30pm, seated quickly, right against the wall near a cement planter box. Early on we noticed a few crickets near the planter — figured it was just outdoor patio life near landscaping, no big deal. Ordered food and drinks as normal. Then a large bug crawled across the planter box, which was unsettling on its own. By the time we finished our entrees, things had escalated — multiple large cockroaches were making their way onto the patio. We asked for boxes, but since dessert was part of our 3-course meal, we ended up leaving all our leftovers and dessert on the table and left. We flagged it to our server, and a manager (never introduced himself, no name or title given) came out and referred to them as "water bugs" — which, after a quick Google search, is just a softer-sounding term for cockroaches. He confirmed the whole complex has an infestation that comes out at night, and that if we looked, we'd see hundreds. They comped our drinks. Stopped in after a long day at the Fan Expo going on. Service was excellent! My server Sabrina was amazing, very friendly and chatted with me about my trip. Always enjoy PF Changs and this location was memorable to say the least.

WOW! We were in Anaheim for Disney and tried out this popular chain restaurant (we have a store at home but have never eaten there) - and it was AMAZING!!! First, our server Angelina made sure that we took advantage of the rewards program which scored us free edamame (which was insanely good, super salty and definitely a repeat). We both did the Chef's Feast and the appetizer, soup and entree were all excellent. Special shout out to the hot and sour soup which scored in our top THREE of all time. But Angelina REALLY made our break with friendly and attentive service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Darian took good care of our table. The restaurant was full with reservations. So we ate outside. Reservations recommended on the weekends! They had clearly labeled vegetarian options. The ambiance inside is pretty cool. Perfect for PF Chang’s.

Great experience at P.F. Chang’s in Anaheim. The food was excellent — the orange fried chicken was fantastic: crispy, flavorful, and with a nice light kick of spice that really made it stand out. The shared appetizers placed in the center of the table were also delicious and perfect for tasting a variety of dishes. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices felt fair for the quality and portions. The restaurant is easy to reach on foot from the Convention Center and is located near a pleasant pedestrian area, which adds to the overall experience. Lovely atmosphere, well-designed and comfortable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re in Anaheim for a convention or looking for a solid, enjoyable dining spot. 🥢🍊
